How To Cancel Clickbank Subscription

Clickbank does not have very clear instructions on how to cancel their recurring payment. So here is how I do it.

Actually, there are 2 ways.

1) Retrieve your Clickbank receipt from you email and look for this section:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

If this was a digital product and for some reason you did not receive access to the product after payment, please try again by following this link now:

Click the link and follow the instructions on the screen.

The advantage of this method is that the purchase information has been pre-populated for you.

2) Use the Clickbank purchase inquiry form

Here is the URL:

http://www.clickbank.com/csinquiry.html

This one require you to fill in some information. Make sure to select “I would like to cancel…” in the Subject of request dropdown box.

I think sending an email to cancel [at] clickbank.com will work too but I have not try that yet.
