The big brother of article directories, EzineArticles.com, seem to be overwhelmed with too many article approval tasks.

I have articles still pending for approval after submitting them nearly a week ago.

Despite the slowdown, EzineArticles.com is still a very important article directory as it received a lot of traffic. But don’t put all the eggs in one basket. Seek out other directories and ezine publishers. Even if they don’t generate a lot of direct traffic for you, it can give your site’s link popularity a boost.
